"FANTASTIC! I am always so weary of these programs that advertise transfer your music library from your iPhone/iPod back to your Mac. They are usually incredibly complicated to use and/or crash or display errors why it cannot accomplish the task it was purchased to do and the support is...don't get me started on that one! I lost over 8200 songs from my Mac, after spending over an hour on the phone with Apple and only able to retrieve 2500 songs, I was desperate and tried two other Apps to try and retrieve my music from my iPod, both failed miserably! This App did it EXACTLY what it said it would do...with one click! They've earned a loyal supporter and customer! Thank you! "
