How to Use Pod To Pc
1)"The first thing you want to do is download Pod to Pc by clicking here (to iTunes 9) or clicking here (to iTunes 8)."
1a) A screen will pop up asking you to save, you will want to save the file.
2) You will want to open iTunes before you finish the installation of Pod to Pc.
3) Once you have downloaded the program you will want to install it.
3a) Click on the Pod to Pc program in your downloads.
3b) You should now see a Pod to Pc setup program.
3c) Click run when the internet download warning pops up.
3d) A welcome screen will come up to start the installation process.
3e) At the end of the installation you will have the chance to Launch Pod to Pc.
Make sure that iTunes is already running before you Launch.4) You can enter your registration code now if you would like to do so.
4a) If the registration screen has not come up you can click on register Pod to Pc in the tool bar of the program.
4b) A screen will pop up that will allow you to enter the code and then click unlock.
05) Now you are going to want to connect your ipod to your Pc.
5a) You may get a pop up from iTunes telling you that this ipod is not synced with this computer.
Make sure that you are hitting the cancel button.6) Make sure that no other pop up windows from iTunes are open, if there are any please close them.
7) Now that you have your ipod connected you will want to select automatic transfer.
7a) After you choose the automatic transfer you will be given the options to choose which playlists you would like transferred.
You will want to click on the start button.7b) Your transfer will start and give you a status bar as it goes about the process.
8) Once your transfer is complete you should go into iTunes and double check to make sure that all the songs were transferred.
9) If for some reason you are missing tracks or are using the trail version and can not use the automatic transfer option, we do have a manual transfer option.
9a) You can either select specific tracks, or the select all option under the tracks listed, depending on if you have the full version or trail version.
