 | by Robert, July 29, 2012 After a catastrophic dual failure of an iMac hard drive and the back up, my entire iTunes library appeared lost except for a copy on an old iPod. I purchased Phone to Mac on a Saturday morning, turned it on, clicked one button, and after an all-day session my library was completely restored. The investment was absolutely worth my time and I have no reservations about recommending this superb software to anyone who needs emergency restoration or routine backup. |

 | by Ian Townsend, July 28, 2012 I'd originally bought Phone to Mac, and wasn't very happy with it - it just didn't work for me. An email to Macroplant brought a very helpful recommendation to use IExplore, with a code to activate the new program - and this worked immediately, bringing the TV series down from my iPad to an external drive for safe keeping. Thanks to Mike there at Macroplant for such an immediate and helpful response - I really value this level of customer support. |

 | by Pam, July 26, 2012 I now depend on iExplorer to quickly and cleanly download my pix and videos from my iPhone and my husband's as well. (When I filled up my space while we're on vacation, I switched to his phone. Sad but true.) I can't do the job nearly as well with just iTunes. iExplorer does EXACTLY what I'm used to doing: going to the drive directly and getting what I want. |
