Note: please don't update that app in the future , 'cause apple will force the developer to remove that function. What you don't find on the website is how outstanding their customer service is and how quickly they respond and how efficiently they solve your situation. Of course you might expect that from a company making quality products and backing them up with excellent support. | by Joanne, May 09, 2010 I purchased this program on Saturday because wanted to be able to transfer audiobooks from my iPhone to iTunes library, I kept losing them when I synced my iPhone. When I couldn't get it to transfer my audiobook files I emailed support, and I just want to say that the almost immediate response surprised and delighted me, especially as I am in Australia. With your help I have now transferred all my audiobooks to iTunes and I am still amazed at the fast response and helpful customer service from Graciela and Crystal. Great work ladies and my thanks to you both. |

| by Randy, May 09, 2010 Wow, I just stumbled upon the new Phone Disk app and love it! I've been a long time user of iPhone Explorer, but always hated the fact that the original date/timestamps for photos and videos copied from my iPhone to my Mac were never retained. The new Phone Disk app actually mounts your iPhone as a HD and properly copies these files! |
| by Richard Szpin, May 08, 2010 Trying out v. 3.23 failed miserably and I thought I would have to claw my way back to a refund. Going to the support website, a surprisingly easy matter, showed a new version was available. One download, one more installation and bingo, bang, Bob's you're uncle! The app worked just as described. How many applications nowadays work just like that. A super purchase even if I were to use it just once. I wont give it 5 stars just yet because I am a pessimist and figure something still has to go wrong or not get done. But at this moment, I am all smiles ! Pod to PC, you rock ! |

I accidentally deleted my entire iTunes library from my computer several years ago and have been looking for a way to transfer my music from my iPod back to my iTunes, but Apple continually told me it couldn\'t be done. Pod to PC proved them wrong. It transferred my entire library back to my computer, playlists and all, without disturbing anything on the iPod itself, and it did it quickly, with one click. For anyone looking to back up his/her music from his/her iPod, Pod to PC is totally worth it. |
