MACROPLANT ADAPTER LICENSE AGREEMENT

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ADAPTER.

WARRANTY

Adapter ("The Software") is provided as is. Macroplant LLC ("The Author") is not responsible for any damage to the user's computer system or data and in no event will The Author, its officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible to the user for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, lost of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the The Software, even if The Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (EVEN IF WE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES), OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. To the extent permitted by applicable law, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, regardless of whether we know or had reason to know of your particular needs. No employee, agent, dealer or distributor of ours is authorized to modify this limited warranty, nor to make any additional warranties.

DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE

You may copy publicly available download versions of the software and documentation as you wish for personal use. You may give unaltered, exact copies of the original installer to anyone, and distribute the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means as long as the following conditions are met. You should not charge, request donations or membership to access the software. You may not modify the software, installer, bundle the installer in any other package or promote other software on the same page without express written permission from Macroplant.

FFMPEG

This software may require the download and installation of an FFMPEG component. If the component is not already installed, this software may prompt the user at runtime to download and install it. For more information about ffmpeg visit ffmpeg.org.

VLC Media Player

The Windows version of software may require the download and installation of VLC Media Player. This component is required for previewing files in Adapter. For more information about VLC visit www.videolan.org.

TITLE

Macroplant LLC is the exclusive copyright holder of the software and reserve all rights provided under the law.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This license agreement takes effect upon your use of the software and remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and Documentation in your possession. The license will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this license agreement. You agree on termination of this license to destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation in your possession.
